In just 4 weeks Tash’s waist has gone from 31inches to 28.8inch!
Not only has Tash lost noticeable inches from her waist, she has gained so much strength.
During our first PT Tash struggled with just complete bodyweight squats and now she’s squatting with a 16kg dumbbell for 12reps and we are very soon going to introduce squatting with barbell.
Big well done to Tash and we look forward to seeing how much further we can take her! 🩵

The most unreal night 🥊
A massive thank you to my coach for all the support and teaching me everything I know.
It was truly such an amazing night and every emotion was felt. The feeling of winning was insane, now it’s time to get even better.

Fight camp is officially complete, now it’s time to rest and get ready for the big day tomorrow!
This is one of the biggest things I’ve decided to do. Jumping in the ring takes courage and some real determination. I wanted this challenge to test myself and see what I am capable of.
While fight camp has been tough, I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. Me and my coach have seen some serious progress since I started boxing 6 months ago.
Tomorrow we will see the results of all the hard work and effort I’ve put into training but no matter the result I can walk away knowing I’ve given it my all and I’ve done something not many people would.
I’m forever grateful for my coach for giving my confidence and skills to be able to jump into the ring after just 6 months of boxing.
Looking forward to the big day tomorrow!

My three biggest pieces of advice for girls who want to grow their glutes:
🍑 Do not be afraid of the number on the scales going up!
If you want bigger glutes, that means we are growing the muscle and when we grow a muscle it’s going to weigh more. I hear so many girls say they’re scared of weighing more but if you want bigger rounder glutes that’s what’s going to happen. The number on the scales is not that important and don’t let it discourage you.
🍑 You need to eat a lot!
You’re going to be training hard when you want to grow a certain muscle so that means one fuelling your workouts and two fuelling the growth of your glutes. We need to make sure you’re eating enough protein to aid the growth of the muscle otherwise you just won’t see much growth at all and all the hard work in the gym will just be wasted.
🍑 You need to be lifting HEAVY!
Heavy is relative to each person but we need to be challenging the muscle and not undershooting what you can actually lift. Focus on heavy compound movements and that will help you grow your glutes the most and also add in some isolation exercises as well.
