What if women stood stronger — together? 🩷

In my latest Adventures of a Wise Woman conversation, Karen Wilson shares a vision that has been placed deeply on her heart:

A world where women and men sit equally at the table — with mutual respect, mutual voice and mutual grace for one another.

Karen knows we’re not there yet.

But her response isn’t simply to fight louder.

It’s to ask what could happen if women found the courage to stand stronger, use our voices with strength AND grace, and champion one another rather than compete.

Because there is something powerful about sisterhood.

When women stand together, celebrate one another and make room for each other at the table, we can become a beautiful influence for change. ✨

This vision is at the heart of why Karen pioneered Women Leaders Alliance, a growing global movement of women leaders.

We talk about this and so much more — leadership, marriage, grief, courage and the seasons that have shaped Karen — in our beautiful conversation on Adventures of a Wise Woman – Conversations with Kerryn Bricknell.

What if we became women who not only found our own voice, but helped another woman find hers too? 🩷

Maybe you’re not failing. Maybe you’re simply learning. 🩷

In my latest Adventures of a Wise Woman conversation with Karen Wilson, I shared something I’m having to remind myself of in this season:

Be gentle with yourself when you’re doing something new.

When we step outside what’s familiar, fear and anxiety can rise. We can feel awkward, uncertain or frustrated that we haven’t quite figured it out yet.

And that’s often when the inner critic gets loud:
“I should be better at this.”
“Why can’t I get this right?”
“Maybe I’m not cut out for this.”

But what if, instead, we met ourselves with self-compassion?

Of course this feels uncomfortable — I’m learning.
Of course I don’t have it all figured out — I’m growing.
I’m allowed to be a beginner.

Growth often asks us to sit in that uncomfortable space between what we know and who we are becoming.

So if you’re navigating something new today, give yourself permission to learn slowly, make mistakes and find your way.

Where could you be a little gentler with yourself in this season? 🩷

What if getting unstuck didn’t require a huge leap… but simply one small step outside your world? 🩷

In this little moment from my next Adventures of a Wise Woman conversation, Karen Wilson shares such a beautiful reminder about the power of connection.

Strike up a conversation with your neighbour.
Linger a little longer at the café and chat with the person making your coffee.
Notice the person sitting on their own and find the courage to walk over and say hello.

Sometimes when we’re feeling stuck, isolated or caught up in our own world, the smallest act of connection can begin to shift something within us.

A conversation.
A smile.
A coffee.
A moment of courage.

Tomorrow, Thursday 24 September, my conversation with Karen, Founder and CEO Women Leaders Alliance, will be released on my YouTube channel.

We talk about marriage, grief, leadership, navigating changing seasons and the simple ways we can keep showing up for life and for one another.

It’s a beautiful, honest conversation and I can’t wait to share it with you.

🎥 Join us tomorrow for Adventures of a Wise Woman – Conversations with Kerryn Bricknell.

Perhaps your mini step today is simply noticing who is right in front of you.

What experiences or seasons of your life have shaped the woman you are today?

Story Coach Stories Heal 🌎 asked me this beautiful, poignant question in Episode 1 of my new YouTube conversation series, Adventures of a Wise Woman – Conversations with Kerryn Bricknell.

And it took me straight back to turning 50.

There was something about that milestone that stirred a deeper question in me:

How do I want to make a difference with the life I have lived and the wisdom I have gained?

I didn’t have all the answers, but I knew I wanted to explore what that could look like.

That question eventually led me to study, to becoming a Life Coach and to creating a business where I now have the privilege of walking alongside incredible women through seasons of transition and change.

Women who feel stuck.
Women who have lost sight of who they are.
Women who know there is something more, but aren’t quite sure what that looks like yet.

I get to help them reconnect with who they authentically are, discover what lights them up, and find clarity and courage for what comes next.

Looking back, I can see that turning 50 wasn’t about having life figured out. It was the beginning of asking better questions.

✨ What season or experience has shaped the woman you are today?

🎥 This is just a little moment from Episode 1 of Adventures of a Wise Woman. If you’d like to watch my whole conversation with Amanda, the YouTube link is in my bio.

There’s something about wide open spaces that reminds you who you really are.

Walking through the Kimberleys… taking it all in… slowing down enough to breathe… I’m reminded that becoming the best version of yourself isn’t rushed. It isn’t forced. It isn’t loud.

Nature doesn’t strive — it unfolds.

And so do you.

The woman you’re becoming isn’t created in comparison or pressure. She’s revealed when you reconnect. When you strip back the expectations. When you choose alignment over approval.

Out here, grounded in what I love, I’m reminded that growth feels expansive — not chaotic. Powerful — not performative. Deeply anchored — not desperate.

Fall in love with the process of becoming.
Fall in love with the stretching.
Fall in love with the quiet strengthening.
Fall in love with the woman you are when you’re fully connected to your authentic self.

You don’t have to chase her.
You just have to keep walking toward what feels true.

Keep becoming🩷

Last year I joined with a group of small business owners to film some BTS for our social media.

I was searching through my content today and reminded of this moment.

When I watch this back, I don’t just see a fun moment.
I see a woman who let go.

Playful.
Adventurous.
Present.

And every time I see it, something in me lights up again.
It’s like I remember who I am.

If you’re feeling stressed and your mind feels heavy, maybe you don’t need to fix anything.

Maybe you just need to come back to yourself.
To breathe.
To move.
To say yes to a little more joy.

There will be a better day.
Sometimes it starts with one playful leap .

This season has been about coming back to what’s actually mine to hold 🩷

There is so much noise telling us to manage other people’s opinions, control outcomes, predict the future, replay the past, and soften our boundaries so everyone feels comfortable.

But peace lives somewhere else.

It lives inside the circle.

Inside the circle is my power.
Who I spend time with.
What I give my energy to.
My values.
How I treat myself.
How I respond when things don’t go to plan.

Everything outside that circle?
Other people’s opinions.
The outcome of my effort.
The past.
The future.
How others react to my boundaries.

Those things were never mine to control — only mine to surrender.

Stepping outside my comfort zone has taught me this: courage grows when you stop trying to manage what was never yours in the first place.

Come back inside the circle.
That’s where your power has been all along ✨

What are you ready to release?

There was a time in my life when these words didn’t feel true.
When I didn’t feel safe.
When strength felt far away.
When “enough” felt like something I had to earn.

I’ve lived the searching.
The self-doubt.
The quiet ache of trying to find solid ground.

And this walk… this moment… is a reminder of what’s possible.

Step by step, I learned to listen again.
To trust myself.
To follow my heart — even when it felt unfamiliar.

I am strong.
I am safe.
I am enough.

Not because life has been easy,
but because I chose to come home to myself.

I delight in walking alongside others who are finding their way back too.
Helping women rediscover safety.
Strength in their voice.
Worthiness in their being — exactly as they are.
Real belonging.

If you’re here and you’ve ever felt unsafe, unseen, or not enough…
Please know this:
There is a way home.
And you don’t have to walk it alone.

On Saturday, I ran my 2026 Vision Board Workshop.
And my heart feels full.

Two beautiful women reached out — past and present clients — asking to experience it again after how life-changing last year was. That alone meant everything.

We slowed right down.
We breathed.
We softened.

Before creating anything, we dropped into a deep visualisation.
Space was made.
Clarity arrived.

Both women were deeply moved as they connected with what they are truly wanting for 2026.
Not the “shoulds”.
Not the expectations.
The truth.

From there, vision flowed.
Images. Words. Feelings.
Anchored in values. Guided by intention.

This is the magic of intentional space.
When women feel safe.
Seen.
Supported.

I absolutely love working with women who choose growth.
Who believe in possibility.
Who are brave enough to imagine more for their lives.

This is why I do this work.
Because clarity changes everything ✨

Gentle prompts to sit with:
– How do I want my life to feel in 2026?
– What am I ready to release so I can create something new?
– If I knew I could not fail, what would I allow myself to want?
– What matters most to me now — not then?
– What am I being invited to believe is possible?
