Brilliant fight last night with Anthony v Brennan Bragg from Seconds Out,. They both gave it everything in a real barnstormer, very very close but Brennan took the win.
State Titles next weekend so back in the gym Monday.

Well that was a big couple of days of boxing at the State Golden Gloves with a record number of
entries this year.
Our first up was Matthew who boxed very well showing big improvements since his last outing. He used his reach to good effect and both boxers had their moments but Matthew didn’t get his hand raised this week.
George boxed old foe James from Wanneroo and boxed excellent, after watching the footage I was very impressed. He didn’t get his hand raised either but he knows he boxed brilliant.
Then on the second day young Ethan took on a very experienced interstate opponent from Northern Territory . Ethan had his hands full from the get go, but he handled it well and showed excellent defensive skills and managed to sneak some scoring punches in himself in between attacks. While he wasn’t winning the rounds he was holding his own at a high level and we couldn’t be prouder of him.
Great work by all 3 boys see you on Monday 🥊🥊🥊

Both the boys boxed very well yesterday.
Ethan was up first against a very good opponent, it was a high standard of boxing from both boys but Ethan didn’t get the win this week.
Matthew was straight after him in another good bout, Matthew used his reach and footwork very well and came away with a nice points win.
