**Teaching update*** I've been a little quiet on this page lately. Thrilled to announce I have completed my Masters in TEACHING and life is ebbing and flowing as I now teach both on the mat (yoga) and off the mat (inclusive learning for all children in primary school settings). Limited yoga schedule at the moment but I'll be back with more in the Summer. Thanks to everyone near and far for your support. ❤️ "We are all visitors to this time, this place. Due to the lockdown, our commencement date for our Prenatal Yoga Course has been moved to the 20 Feb. Preantal yoga to build strength, stamina, grace and ease as you prepare for birthing and beyond. All choices in childbirth are honoured in this course. Breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation included in all classes. All levels welcome.
All stages of pregnancy are welcome.
