Term 3 Basketball 🏀

We return this term for another action packed Saturday morning clinic.

Whether you have an experienced player who wants to work on their fundamentals or brand new players who want to learn them… we ensure 1 hour of fun for all whilst working on their skills and building their confidence 💪🏽

Every Saturday starting August 1st:
5-8 year olds = 8:00am
8-12 year olds = 9:00am
12+ year olds = 10:00am

2023 ➡️ 2026

Amongst a few injuries, a lot has changed!

As low as 72kg… as high as 91kg 👀

Whether the goal was stack on muscle/size or trim weight/fat … the fundamentals do not change.

1. Count calories and macros
2. Lift weights (focus on the specific goals)
3. Cardio (focus on the specific goals)
4. Rehab injuries properly and look after those shoulders

Ask me in Year 12 if I was ever going to play football again… and I would have told you NO WAY! 😂🫡

Term 1 2026 ✅

THANK YOU so very much for a wonderful term! We had loved every second of it.

Shoutout to Coach Josh for stepping in today, I heard everyone was fantastic and that there was so much fun being had! We are very lucky to have such a great coach and player stop by to support TJA!

We will send out Term 2 registrations with the announcement, for the first time in a VERY VERY long time we won’t run a holiday camp! A very hectic start to 2026 for a lot of people, we have decided to take these holidays off!

We will certainly be back for Term 2 and the next school holidays!

The last 6 months has been epic!
✅ Two basketball games a week
✅ Two Grand Finals
✅ Playing alongside some incredible humans
✅ Learning to adjust my play and role after a broken wrist, and new team mates
✅ Building and holding size and strength
✅ Footy pre-season going very well

A sour end with an ankle injury halfway through my last Grand Final, but the best possible result. I truly believe my regular training routines and habits (bosu work, bands, etc.) are a huge factor to only walking away with a small fracture and ligament damage … rather than broken bones and severe ligament damage!

Here’s to a bit of rehab, and a huge 2026 Footy Season! 💚🤍
