We all walk through that door with 1001 things on our minds.🤯
But we show up.
Sometimes we dance and forget all our worries.
Sometimes we feel defeated.
But we always know we will be there cheering you on and pushing each other through it.

Having our crew holding us up always means the world to me. But every year I value it more and more.
This year my husband moved out. My uterus moved out (hysterectomy) haha and you guys were there for me.
Having that group of women showing up week after week really is something special ❤️
No matter what phase of life we're going through- there is always a place for you here.
