Reformer springs explained ✨
Using our Peak Pilates Reformers, here’s a quick guide to our spring settings:
🔴 Red — Heavy
🟡 Yellow — Medium
🔵 Blue — Light
Your instructor will always offer spring options depending on the exercise and what you’re working towards. Remember, lighter doesn’t always mean easier!
For some exercises, especially core work, a lighter spring can be more challenging as it requires greater control, stability and precision. 💪🏼✨
