You can add weight every week and still make zero progress.
Progressive overload only works when the muscle is actually under tension.
Most people are just moving weight, not training the muscle.
Ego loads, momentum, and sloppy reps are quietly killing your gains.

You're breathing but are you actually alive, or just going through the motions every single day. Most men have made peace with comfort and called it a life but comfort is slowly killing everything in you. Your body was built to respond to struggle, not stillness a warrior's body is forged in resistance, not rest. If you keep avoiding discomfort, a better body, better energy, and better testosterone stay just a fantasy.
Every single day, do something hard especially physical because that is what keeps a man truly alive.
