The Mount Barker Barracudas have come home from the 2026 Country Pennants with not one but TWO incredible achievements under their belt!!!

There were medals everywhere you looked, smiles that wouldn’t quit, big team hugs, plenty of laughs and yes, a few tears (mostly from the dads melting in the heat🤣☀️)

What an unforgettable weekend! Every single swimmer showed heart, grit and true Barracuda spirit 🥹 From the first dive to the final relay, our team gave it absolutely everything and the results speak for themselves!

To our amazing coaches, thank you 🙏🏽 for the early mornings, the endless encouragement, the belief you pour into these kids and the hard work behind the scenes! This doesn’t happen without you 🫶🏽

To our parents, the loudest cheer squad, the chauffeurs, the snack providers, the sunscreen enforcers and the calm voices when nerves kicked in - we couldn’t do this without you!

And to our swimmers…you’ve made our whole club so incredibly proud 🖤❤️🤍
