Starting the weekend by giving something back to yourself 🪴nature is nurture.
RSL Active Yoga in the park, Beachside Park, Burns Beach.
We stretched and created space in the body to
notice,
listen and
feel our feet on the ground.
Yoga that isn’t measured by strength and power, but by presence,
Community,
Consistency and
The courage to keep showing up - just as you are.
Grateful to and for the opportunity this week to facilitate yoga sessions and support our veteran community.

After 2 years of having to monitor my heart rate and blood pressure due to a COVID injury .. I’ve bee officially discharged by my medical team (angels) and can now return to what I love .. Yoga, Pilates, functional weight training .. life is very much for living!! Now it’s all about motivation 😆
