📋 Key Responsibilities:
Assist Migration Agents with visa applications and case management.
Prepare and organize client documentation and application files.
Liaise with clients, educational institutions, and government authorities.
Manage appointments, correspondence, and client follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records and ensure strict compliance.
Provide vital administrative support to our migration and education team.
✅ Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in a migration agency or education consultancy (highly regarded!).
Strong knowledge of Australian visa processes and documentation requirements.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
