FIVE IN A ROW

Congratulations to Life Member Bailey Foulk, who has been selected for his fifth WAFL League Grand Final after yet another dominant season. Bailey has had to overcome injury prior to finals to get to be eligible for this appointment, but evidently he let nothing stop him from being here for the last game of the WAFL season.

Congratulations to Life Member Matt Adams, who caps off his outstanding 2026 season with selection in the WAFL League Grand Final. After breaking the record for League Grand Final selections in 2025, Matt now becomes the first WAFL umpire to achieve ten selections.

Last week SFJUA hosted its biggest ever End of Season Awards Evening, with 170+ umpires, family members, friends and special guests packing out South Fremantle Football Club.

The night couldn’t have gone ahead without Ivan, Nelson and the team at Benny's hosting and catering, Trophy Choice providing all awards, and the SFJUA Committee and Operations Department organising the night.

A special thank you to Darcy Rogan, who took up the task of photographing the night; as we can see, he did a fantastic job!
