WBC WILDCATS
THANK YOU TO THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE WHO SACRIFICED SO MUCH OF THEIR TIME THE LAST FEW YEARS TO BRING YOU BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL AT WILLETTON. THANK YOU TO THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS WHO ALSO HELPED AND ALLOWED THEM TO DO WHAT THEY DID FOR OUR GREAT CLUB
SOFTBALL PRESIDENT: KATIE WHITEHEAD
Katie has been a huge part of our club for many years. Katie and her family are staples of WBC. Katie developed Tuesday night meals & snacks after training, brought a huge sub-committee, and brought new ideas to the Exec Committee. The new committee is sad to see Katie not come back but we know she will continue to love the club and share her thoughts and ideas
BASEBALL PRESIDENT: CLIFF MAHAUARIKI
If you have even walked past Apsley Road then you know who Cliff is. His Thursday night meals are legendary. Cliffy’s loaded chilli Dogs to Cliffy’s Xmas Spread. Cliff is also known for the New Years Carnival, For coaching D Grade and Premiership Junior teams, and a big smile and chat from him or his twin girls at the canteen. He holds other many titles but whether its DJ Cliffy, Chef Cliffy, Coach Cliffy or Cliff who is keen for a chat, we thank you mate.
REGISTRAR: KYM SULLIVAN
Kym, like her mum and extended family, are legends of the club. A few years ago Kym heard the club needed a role filled as Registrar and put her hand up without question. Kym does the same on the field by moving between grades where required and always puts WBC first. Kym loves to help anonymously, but its time we appreciate all she has done.
Please take the time to thank Katie, Cliff and Kym who have given so much to our club in the last couple of years.
New Committee will be announced next week

A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO JASON DeWIND
Jason DeWind has stepped down after more than 10 years on the Executive Committee. Jason (Windy) has devoted so much of his time to this club, having held roles as Baseball President, Junior Baseball President, Teeball President, Canteen Manager, Event Co-ordinator, Merchandise and Chairperson. Without Windy’s tireless work our players wouldn’t take the field each season, be wearing the current uniforms or enjoy being part of such a great club. Its almost impossible to list all his achievements.
Thanks Windy for all you have done for WBC.
