Are you a swimmer or coach? Your input is needed for the AquaCollab4Health research study!

Researchers are exploring how swimming/aquatic exercise keep people feeling well in body mind and quality of life, and how coaches, health professionals and swim/aqua fit instructors can best support people to feel comfortable, safe and engaged in their swimming.

The research will be used to help develop resources on how best to encourage and support people to be involved in swimming for their health and well-being – especially those with physical and mental health conditions.

Your experience can help shape better support, coaching, and inclusive programs.

- Takes ~15 minutes

- Swimmers’ survey: https://redcap.link/2ujebgit

- Coaches’ survey: https://redcap.link/f8srtcb3

- Plus optional phone interview or group discussion.

- Participation in the study is voluntary.

Led by physios at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, and one of our Adelaide-based Masters’ swimmers, with the support of the Churchill Trust and St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne Human Research Ethics Committee.
