A history-making win for WA’s Okie Fraser 🏆

Okie has claimed the inaugural U21 Men’s crown at the 2026 Australian Shortboard Titles, posting a 15.86-point total in a tightly fought final at Sandon Point.

Okie’s win headlined a huge week for WA, with Paul Dupuy crowned Over 55 Men’s Australian Champion and Team WA finishing runner-up in the State Tag Team by just 0.06 points.

Two Australian Champions and a massive team performance. Congrats to Okie, Paul and the entire WA crew!

That’s a wrap on the Think Mental Health School Surfing Titles for 2026 🏆

Friday saw the best school surfing teams from across WA come together at Trigg for the State Final, after making their way through regional and metro qualifying rounds.

A big day of school surfing, with Margaret River Senior High School coming out on top and taking home the 2026 State Title for the 21st consecutive year.

Congrats to everyone who represented their school throughout this year’s series! 🤝
