Rob has a high-pressure job and a life that doesnโt stop just because heโs working on his health.
Over the past year, heโs navigated travel, moving house and country, injuries, social commitments and plenty of disrupted routines.
There were weeks when nutrition was on track. There were weeks when it wasnโt. And there were weigh-ins that would have been pretty easy to get discouraged by.

In March, Rob checked in at 150.6kg. His latest check-in was 136.2kg โ 14.4kg below that peak.
Swipe through and look at the graph. There isnโt a neat, uninterrupted line from one number to the other. There are drops, jumps back up and stretches where progress is harder to see.
What Iโm most proud of is the work behind those numbers.
Training became his anchor. When other parts of life were disrupted, it gave him something consistent to come back to. We adjusted when needed, worked on nutrition and kept the focus on the bigger picture rather than treating every difficult week as a failure.
Heโs also reported improvements in his blood markers โ another win worth celebrating, beyond the scales.
This hasnโt been about getting everything right or giving up his social life. Itโs been about making changes he could keep working on, even when circumstances werenโt ideal.
And itโs still an ongoing journey, not a finished โafterโ photo.
Rob, you deserve a lot of credit, mate. This hasnโt been easy, and the effort youโve put in deserves to be recognised. Proud of you. ๐
