To knock 3 years off EVERY clients biological age in the 6 months we work together.
Because my personal thought is that the biggest con ever is working your arse off in your career only for your health to decline in the years around retirement.
And the decisions made now, will determine your quality of life in those latter years.

"Wow Dad's Jacked" - words from our client Ryan's kids when they saw him in his volleyball vest.
Ryan joined us in February wanting to get back to his best.
He travels extensively for work, so had plenty of excuses he could have made about why he wanted to wait for a 'better time'.
Instead he came in and got to work with a plan that was sustainable for him around the travel and work schedule.
I don't know what is more impressive... Dropping 5.3kg off the scale in 16 weeks, or adding appropriate muscle to make his university age kids think he is jacked!! šŖ

MEET MATT - HEāS LOST 13.3KG IN 12 WEEKS
Thatās a cool 29lbs for you guys not working in metric system.
Matt is a busy executive, husband, father and true inspiration.
He literally embodies everything I love about coaching executives and professionals on their health.
We set a goal and he has smashed through it week by week regardless of what is going on.
Heās not built for excuses from what I have seen so far. So here is three tips I can give from what I have noticed with Matt in the past 12 weeks.
1) He ruthlessly executed his plan. Even on days when heās been desk bound for longer than he likes, when heās stressed, when he doesnāt feel like training. He just gets it done.
2) Extreme ownership - Matt has his plan and itās on him to execute it. He doesnāt need anyone holding his hand, setting goals for him or micromanaging his life. Instead he knows his success or failure is down to his actions, but that I am only a message away if he needs me.
3) Enjoy the process - Matt wasnāt tracking macros or training prior to this. So it was no doubt daunting process getting started. But he embraced the whole experience and made it part of his lifestyle. So itās now something he enjoys.
Be like Matt! Because heās a pretty awesome person to model yourself on.

Want more fat loss in 2023? Hereās how to explode exactly that this year and FINALLY see your fat loss goals become realityā¦
Hereās the thing⦠most people want more fat loss. But most never get it - or keep it - for one main reasonā¦
They try to do much too soon in January and fall off the wagon way earlier than intended.
Training 17x per week, eating next to nothing and putting no thought into recovery. Itās no wonder they burn out and you donāt see them from February to the following January again.
So to fix that hereās what youāll need to do insteadā¦
š„ Start small with your weight training. Aim for 3-4x per week with a solid day in between to recover completely.
š„ Donāt kick it all off by slashing calories too much and living off dust. Thatāll just wear thin really fast and likely cause binging episodes.
š„ Set a realistic step goal rather than gunning for brutal cardio sessions. If you are consistent with this you will reap the rewards down the line.
And I can promise you IF you action this whole list every day youāll get way more fat loss than going all guns blazing for the month ahead.
