Hey Gang! 👋💃

As most of you know, 56 of our wonderful Move-Fit ladies recently swapped the dance floor for a rather fabulous afternoon in the city, where we enjoyed a ch*****ne High Tea! 🥂🍰✨

There was delicious food, plenty of free-flowing Moët 🍾, lots of laughter and, most importantly, 56 beautiful people enjoying being together 💕

And while we were sitting there enjoying ourselves, it got us thinking about just how lucky we are to have created something so special with all of you.

Because Move-Fit is so much more than a fitness class ❤️

It’s about being noticed.
It’s about being included.
It’s about finding your people.
It’s about feeling comfortable enough to be completely yourself.
It’s about having a laugh, making friends, moving your body and, sometimes, just forgetting about everything else for an hour! 🥰

We love that you can walk through those doors, leave your worries at the door, turn the music up and just BE YOU 💃🕺

And hopefully, whatever troubles you brought in with you get left somewhere on that dance floor when you leave! 😂❤️

Every single one of you brings something to our crazy, colourful, slightly bonkers but absolutely wonderful community — and we genuinely thank our lucky stars that somehow, somewhere, we all found each other.

Woohoo the weekend is almost here which means it’s nearly time for the festival of Dan Finalé - with our Move-Fit Ch*****ne High Tea tomorrow afternoon - We seriously cannot wait!🥂

But before the ch*****ne shenanigans commence we will be hitting the dance floor at 9.15 am - Lake Monger Recreation Club for our last Saturday class before we take a little break!

Dan brings so much laughter, energy, sunshine and joy wherever he goes and we are so lucky to have him leading us, entertaining us and keeping us all moving on the dance floor! 💛
