A standout inside the ExPRO Clinic was the Running for Performance Workshop with the wonderful who broke down technique, efficiency and run mechanics in a way that had athletes and everyday runners walking out feeling clearer, stronger and more confident in their approach. The perfect blend of education and practical takeaways. 🏃‍♀️✨
