Tabitha reached out to me wanting to lose a few kilos before her son’s wedding. A crazy FIFO schedule presented some challenges, but Tabitha didn’t let it deter her. She worked hard on her nutrition, she trained consistently, she stayed focused on her goal and all her effort paid off. Her spark returned and her confidence in herself reached new highs. If ever there was a quote to sum it all up - this is it!! We choose our hard every day. Every decision we make leads us closer or farther from our goals. As a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, I can give someone every tool needed to succeed. But at the end of the day, it’s up to the individual to make the necessary changes and modifications. I know how hard it feels - but I also know how incredible it feels to hit those wins and I want all my clients to feel that feeling!

I absolutely love this quote and have probably shared it before - but it’s so true. Often times we have a goal, but we just don’t start for whatever reason but reality is, time is going to pass either way! This was too good to not share - super simple and very tasty!
2 pouches of sugar free jelly (jello) - any flavour
2 cups boiling water
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
Mix the jelly and water until dissolved. Add in the yogurt until combined. Separate into 4 jars. Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until set.
Perfect after dinner treat - low calories, high protein!

✨Client Spotlight ✨
Dirk came to me 6 months ago with some mobility issues and weakness in one leg following some medical complications. His dedication and consistency paid off and his mobility has improved dramatically. Walking became easier, movement became more fluid and while we still have a little work to continue, I couldn’t be more proud of the progress he has made! Being able to walk his daughter down the aisle and spend hours walking around the zoo with his granddaughter are just a couple highlights as a result of his hard work! It has been a privilege to work with him and his true Aussie laidback nature!
