Taylor and I have only been working together for about 5 weeks!
She has had a major shift in her mindset, in regard to her food and her training!
Again I must shout out to .healthcoaching for always helping me and my clients with their nutrition! You are amazing!
Running her own business as a Hair dresser, and specialising in her own craft, she is super busy!
Coming to the gym would only ever be seen as a chore, so I worked with her and her schedule to work in a way that would get her back on track! The spark has been reset, and I have now helped her get her confidence back up, so she can continue on her way onto her next big adventure!

A couple of years ago Dylan was a bit over being underweight, feeling weak and not happy in his own skin.
He met someone one day, that was a bigger and more stronger looking physique, and he said hey man, how did u achieve that?? He said, GYM BRO 🤣
Approximately 2 years later, here we are. I came into Dylans story about 12 months ago, i helped him with a surplus of food, guided and created by the amazing .healthcoaching !!
(Goddess of nutrition)!!! She provides all my clients with tasty and delicious meal plans, to suit their goals!!
And i applied a progressive overload program that we could stick too.

I met .e.duff 3 months ago, we just had a general chat on the gym floor, and we got talking about how she hasn’t actually used any of the gym equipment before, so I offered her a complimentary session.
12 weeks later, training twice per week 1 lower body and 1 upper body.
We also put Kim in a calorie deficit, to help her achieve slight weight loss, but also to tone up!
