Invgr8 Fitness Clinic is a small, intimate, owner operated clinic.
Here is some important info for our members and partners to consider.
We are closely monitoring recommendations from the Australian government, and want you to know that we have taken additional steps to ensure your health and safety.
We have increased our focus on hygiene and sanitation practices through the day, regularly disinfecting touch points such as door handles, surfaces and equipment.
Hand wash stations are in use and hand sanitiser is available through the centre.
We have also introduced procedures at the centre for our members to follow when on site to minimise cross contamination and spreading of germs.
We ask that if you are showing any symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with the virus, please stay home, we look forward to welcoming you back when you feel better.
We have an amazing local community in Highgate and Mt Lawley. Please keep supporting your local businesses as much as you can.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
On 23 March 2020 the Minister made Public Health Order that directs the closure of certain places of social gathering, including gyms and other indoor recreation facilities.
Keeping fit remains important, visit Make Healthy Normal for workouts you can try at home.

Is it safe for me to go to the gym? Here are some tips on social distancing in gyms:
• Keeping fit remains important. If you are well and have not been asked to self-isolate then you can go to the gym. Don’t go to the gym if you are unwell.
• You should use wipes provided before you use each piece of equipment.
• You should try to go to the gym when it’s less crowded.
• Gym classes are currently OK, but this advice may change.
• Gyms should be ensuring that they are cleaning regularly, using appropriate disinfectant
