For Term 3 our magical Mermaid class will be diving into an enchanting undersea adventure. Your little dancer will be galloping through the ocean on their trusty seahorses, gliding gracefully through colourful underwater gardens, and setting off on exciting treasure hunts beneath the waves. Through imaginative storytelling, music, and movement, your little mermaid will build coordination, confidence, creativity, and a love of dance, all while making magical memories under the sea! 🧜‍♀️✨

What a wonderful term we've shared together! Through our Down at the Farm theme, our dancers explored movement, music, imagination and foundational ballet skills while developing important physical, social and cognitive milestones.

The benefits of crawling...

I was chatting to one of my Fairy Floss Ballet Mums today after class, and she was telling me that her little one is struggling with co-ordination and sometimes falls over. I asked the question "did she crawl?" and she said "No". I suggested getting down on the floor with her every day and play games that involve crawling... and this is why...

Crawling is such an important stage in a child’s development.
As little ones crawl, they are building strength, coordination, balance, spatial awareness and important connections between the left and right sides of the brain. Crawling also helps develop the core stability and motor skills needed for future learning, movement and confidence.

At Dance Creations, we love encouraging movement experiences that support the whole child — because every little wiggle, crawl and explore is helping them grow 💕

9.00 to 9.45 (Kindy) 4 to 5yo
9.55 to 10.40 (Pre-Kindy) 2.5 to 4 yo
