This is where Dark Ice and Killawatt Kaos began their BYW Careers. This page is NOW dedicated to historic media from SPWS, and current ICWS & WZWA media.

Founded in Beechboro, Western Australia in 2009. This Federation was not only sh*t, but it was the stomping ground for GBYWN Hall of Famer, Dark Ice, and the first ever GBYWN World Hardcore Champion, Killawatt Kaos. Witness the fall of this federation, and the resurrection as a Stable!! This Page is now dedicated to the history of the Federation/Stable, as well as extra Media involving Dark Ice, Killawatt Kaos & The Cannibal in ICWS, and WZWA.

On July 22nd 2012, SPWS (Dark Ice & Killawatt Kaos) won their very first Tag Team Championships by defeating The Radical Movement (JD Flame & Milanos) at ICWS Young Wolves Rising. Their Championship Reign was not as highlighted as SPWS had hoped, as they did not defend against any other Tag teams - not that there were any following the fall out of The Radical Movement - and they would lose the Championships at ICWS Halloween Hell on October 27th 2012. Dark Ice had retired at the time due to his increased level of psoriasis. Kaos had just fought a colossal battle with Aston Crude, and following the match, Alex Stone - Rising Star Cup Winner - would come to the base and cash in his Championship Opportunity on an unsuspecting Kaos, hitting the Game Over and winning the ICWS Tag Team Championships as a solo person. Fast Forward 4 Years, 5 Months & 26 Days Later on April 22nd 2017: Circus Royale (Kyle Inglis & Deakin Whalen) - who had just captured the WZWA Tag Team Championships 1 event prior - had no opponents for the Belts at Wrestleution 5, and it was announced that they would be facing a "Surprise Team." The WZWA audience was stunned and excited when SPWS would walk out of the curtain as the Surprise Tag Team. As the referee rang the bell, the continued bickering and animosity between Kyle and Deakin would continue, leading to a shoving match which in turn sent Deakin right into the path of SPWS, Who would lift him and send him crashing back down to the Mat with a double Chokeslam! SPWS would pick up the victory, claiming the WZWA Tag Team Championships. WZWA Wrestleution 5 was the FINAL EVER Backyard Wrestling Event in Western Australia, thus meaning SPWS are the FINAL EVER Western Australian Backyard Wrestling Tag Team Champions!!

SPWS: Missing Links Episode 1 - How A Feud Promo Works 25/02/2016

Just recently, Dark Ice had uncovered some old footage and photo's of SPWS from 2009 - 2011. We have decided to upload these never before seen moments to Dark Ice's YouTube channel, for your entertainment. It's a new mini series known as, "SPWS: Missing Links"

In the first Episode of Missing Links, we have a promo from 2010 that was never uploaded. A terrible promo haha. Believed to have been recorded for Halloween Hell 2010, but due to complications the match was not supposed to go ahead and thus the promo was buried. In the end the match did end up happening as a Dark Match, but the promo remained buried. Enjoy the promo fully unedited, including the moments of turning the hard cam ON and OFF.. Bulls**t Fake Promo S**t :)
