Our amazing 209er of the Month for February is......

Helen is always consistent each week, she gives every workout 110% πͺ her technique is spot on every time π and has recently mastered her T2B which are a tough one to crack!! Helen is open to asking questions when she needs help, and is not afraid to continually increase her weights as she progresses!! And last but definitely not least, Helen is always here for a good time π always loving the sessions and bringing a awesome attitude ππΌ

David Hall π
Wahoo congratulations David!!
Since David started he has always given every workout his best no matter what we throw at him! David always takes on feedback from the coaches, continues to work on his technique and so is continuously improving! David will admit himself that he does love to complain π but he still gets it done and secretly loves it! We especially know how much he loves burpees π

OUR OCTOBER 209ER OF THE MONTH IS....

Leanne has always been very consistent, she comes at 5:15pm everyday and always brings a great energy with her!! Leanne has recently mastered doing box jumps post injury, which takes a lot of courage and confidence!! π Leanne has made so much progress in her lifting this year, and has been lifting a lot heavier than she was able to at the beginning of the year. Leanne is always up for any challenge that we give her, and her technique is always on point! π

Congrats Jodie!! Jodie has really impressed the coaches with how much effort she puts in during the sessions, as well as taking on tips to learn more about certain movements and always asking questions to try to improve. Itβs really great to see Jodie enjoying her strength training and how she is progressing with this. Jodie has also increased her sessions during school holidays so she can train more while she has the time and itβs great to hear that she is now trying to make plans to fit more training around her busy life with her kids and work.

Our 209er for the month of August goes to.....
π Sam Woods π
Woodsy puts in 110% effort every class (and we can tell because of the handprints he leaves behind ππ€ͺ). He continues to work on his technique and always asks questions to help him improve. He always has a great time and a laugh during our sessions and is up for a crazy challenge at all times. Woodsy has also recently mastered the skills of T2B (Toes to Bar) & double unders π woo!! Enjoy the while we enjoy cleaner floors ππ

Congratulations James!! James has improved so much since starting with us. James always shows up early and has been super consistent. He is always asking questions and willing to learn anything we show him. You can tell James has such a great time training and he pushes everyone else around him too!
