Thank you Caitlin for coming down and seeing a bit of what we do, the Program started from a conversation with to people that I was do private boxing sessions with, from a concept to now a Program that I an so proud to be a part of. Every participant works to their ability and puts in 100% every time, the beat part is the community and friendship that have been formed. There are 2 new sessions starting soon at 12.15pm on Tuesday and Fridays. All fitness abilities is welcome.
