To my amazing RJF community,
I have some news to share that may come as a shock, but please know it comes from a place of deep reflection over the last 12 months ๐
After much consideration, Iโve made the difficult decision to conclude our Tuesday evening classes in Osborne Park next month.
This decision hasnโt been easy and has weighed heavy on my heart for the past year.
Recognizing the importance of embracing change and honouring the call for new beginnings, Iโve decided itโs time to pivot in a different direction.
Our Tuesday nights together have been the highlight of my week for the past 5 years, creating cherished memories and a sense of belonging within our community. I am immensely grateful to each of you for your dedication and the special energy you bring to every class ๐๐ผ
My journey with Rachel Jane Fitness has been incredibly enriching over these past 5 years, and I am so grateful for all that Iโve learned.
While our regular Tuesday classes will come to a close, Iโm excited to announce that Iโll be transitioning to hosting regular POP UP RJF CLASSES, ensuring our community stays connected ๐ฆ
Mark your calendars for our first pop-up event: RNB Friday on June 14th in Mount Hawthorn!

It has made me so very happy to see so many new faces at class recently and I thought why not take this opportunity to share a little further info on what and is all about ๐๐ผ
๐ So what is the Jungle Body? The Jungle Body is a dance fitness workout set to the best music.
This class is simplistic, easy to follow, uncomplicated and allows every participant to work to their own intensity. Gone are the days of classes you canโt keep up with!
What makes The Jungle Body different is we are more than just about your physical health โ we are about supporting your mental health ๐ซถ To put it simply, we are your happy place. Our programs are about celebrating & empowering all body shapes, ages, sizes & fitness levels. Our classes are inclusive, vibrant, welcoming & 100% stress free.
๐ Who can come to class? EVVERRYYYONNEEEE. You donโt need any dancing experience, all fitness levels are welcome and it doesnโt matter if youโre uncoordinated.
๐ Where? We are on every Tuesday night at 6pm in the Main Hall โ 11 Royal Street Osborne Park. Parking is available on Holub lane (behind the BP)
๐ What to bring? BYO water ๐ฆ , towel, yoga mat.
Optional: 1.5-2.5kg hand weights and b***y band (I always have spares available or you can do class without equipment)
๐ Nervous? Feeling nervous before trying something new is completely normal BUT I promise you after your first 5 minutes at class you will quickly realise there is nothing to be nervous about. The room is dark, we have a very welcoming, non judgemental community and everyone is there to have FUN and blow off some steam ๐
๐ Why do I do what I do? Honestly, for mental health, yours and mine! This class brings you back into the present moment, allowing you to reduce feelings of anxiety, stress and worry. Seeing participants leaving class feeling lighter and brighter makes my day and brings me so much joy ๐ฅฐ

The theme? Anti-Valentineโs Day! So think big big energy tracks that you will likely not find on any V Day playlist ๐
Everything will be business as usual, so you can still use your class passes and your first class will still be free. There is no need for weights or bands, just yourselves and your Mat, Water Bottle and Sweat Towel ๐ฆ

Classes will still be going ahead as normal with a different instructor covering for the new few weeks ๐
