Rows: Feel Your Lats 🔥
If rows mostly hit your arms, your setup and ex*****on probably need adjustment.
The lats work best when you focus on controlled pulling mechanics instead of momentum.
Helpful cues:
↘️ drive elbows toward hips
🧱 keep shoulders down
⏸️ time under tension
📏 control the stretch phase
Many people rush rows and lose tension completely between reps.
Using slightly lighter weight with better control often improves back activation dramatically.
Your back muscles should move the weight, not your ego.

Shout out to Liv who has lost 13.5cm in 13 weeks doing 2 -3 small group PT sessions + double session with a group class sessions a week with Prime Health & Fitness. Waist went down 6.5cm💪
