The retreat might be the part of Inevitable Success I’m most excited about.

Not because it makes the mastermind look fancy 😂
But because there is something powerful about physically stepping out of your normal environment and giving yourself dedicated time to focus on you - your growth, the way you think, communicate, lead, and the things that might be getting in the way of where you want to go next.

Because we’re doing it halfway through the mastermind, we get to take everything we’ve already been working on, go deeper together in person, then carry that work back into the rest of the container.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the gap between knowing what to do in your business, and actually doing it.

We have access to more strategy, advice and information than ever before, but so much of our focus stays on what’s happening outside of us (the noise is actually wild!)

My heart is so full from July 🥹

This was probably the best month of my life and simultaneously, the hardest.

I’m a bit lost for words. The amount of incredible things I was able to fit into 4 weeks is actually wild.

I have never been so proud, stressed, bewildered and happy all at the same time.

I became a new person this month. In fact I would say I’ve been multiple people this month 😅

😣 The woman desperately trying to pull off an event amongst changing jobs, events and working harder and more hours than I ever have.
🤷🏼‍♀️ The woman who had to surrender to the universe to know that everything as going to work out, and if it didn’t, I’d find a way through it.
💪🏼 The resilient woman that was so calm in the chaos on the day of her event, she even shocked herself - amongst losing the tech guy the morning of, tech glitches and time changes.
💎 The woman who just pulled off the most incredible event of her life. Who had the freaking audacity and courage to pull off an event on her own and be the coolest bloody cucumber the whole day. Her self-belief just shot through the roof.
🔥The woman who turned 30 years young and ticked over a new decade as a woman who does what she says she will, reminded herself she is capable of literally anything and can’t wait for what this new decade brings.

I’m beyond grateful for the amazing people in my life & community - whether you stood by me this month through the crazy, supported me at the event, attended the event, had patience for me, joined my world or simply sent me a kind message or liked a post, thank you 🙏

I’m so excited for what’s to come! It’s true what they say, doing the hard thing is the scariest and fastest way to embody the next identity (or 5 🥲) that you’ve been chasing.

Let this post be proof to you that it is possible, even if you have 2 jobs, some lingering self-doubt and a propensity to focus on the details that will make your project amazing but are probably not the most important 😅

Can confirm at least one of those things has changed 🩷

You effectively have a 5 year old running your business right now if you’re not doing this 😅

I think we put way too much pressure on ourselves when it comes to content.

Like every post has to teach something.
Or sell something.
Or somehow prove we’re good at what we do.

But content also gets to be fun!

It gets to show people who you are, what you’re passionate about and the little moments that make you… YOU.

Because when you’re building a personal brand, people aren’t just connecting with what you do.

They’re connecting with you.

And honestly, I think that’s something a lot of us forget.
