Pantry to Plate - how it came about

Hi, my name is Michelle owner and founder of The Pantry Organiser. In 1991, I embarked on a high performance sales career. Five years later when my daughter was born; I was both a Divisional Manager and the company Training Manager. I returned to work when she was 6 weeks old – and there the crazy 4-5 years of blur started! I often felt overwhelmed juggling my home, career, baby and self. I spent most of my weekends trying to catch up my home management whilst desperately trying to spend time with her and making sure she was well fed. I spent countless hours cooking veggies and labeling containers so that she would have well balanced meals with variety. I started (and still do to this day) a weekly meal planner, so that I could shop once a week and not have to think too much about dinner. The crazy life never really stopped… until now. I am in a fortunate position to be able to pursue a passion that I have thought about for many years. I have always loved organising, de-cluttering and planning in my personal and professional life! I want to create a workable, practical and logical pantry for you - the director of home and family affairs, - for you the salary earner who has to come home and then assume your directorship role and you – that busy motivated exec who just wants to come home and not hassle about food. For all of you, nourishing yourself and your loved ones is your priority. You really want to eat good wholesome foods but the effort and time to look for, then read, then prepare a meal (with half the ingredients!) is just too overwhelming. I know that you know exactly what should be done and how to do it and how you want it to look and function – but that is wayyyy down on the to do list!! Whether you need a good old edit and organise, make sense of your pantry and get rid of that suspect sauce on the back shelf and those pesky moths that appear from nowhere or whether you want to create a beautiful look, a practical and organised space – leave it up to me!
