McKercher Corporation would like to welcome Nilcole Bilman as CEO of PSW Energy, Perth Solar Warehouse.

Nicole has progressed through the business over the past 5+ years from Administration Manager to General Manager, and now CEO, earning each step through calm, standards-led leadership and a strong focus on the customer experience.

For customers and partners, the priority is continuity. Nicole will continue overseeing day-to-day operations while building out the executive team over the next six months. We’re also preparing for our cross-city expansion, with our Neerabup location scheduled to open in late March 2026.
