300g LESS now 👀 Despite me nagging her constantly to get more carbs in 🤣
- Crazy back and shoulder gains
- Glutes bigger and lifted (you can see that they’re leaner. We’ve swapped a lot of fat for muscle)
- Quads growing very nicely 👌🏼
- Core control visibly improved
Training intensity is about 1000% higher. New training phase and we’re going to keep pushing 😈

It’s shocking how unusual it is to eat in a calorie surplus.
People spend DECADES ‘dieting’ but really just following a cycle of restriction that gets them nowhere.
It SHOULD be NORMAL to eat at maintenance and a surplus. To know how eating feels without restriction.
Because it changes everything when you truly let yourself have the freedom to self regulate. To focus on the benefits first instead of thinking about the calories.
We build healthy minds and bodies through abundance and not restriction.
