We are excited to announce some group GK training sessions for the first week of the school holidays.

These sessions are tailored to replicate real game demands, sharpen decision-making, and push your limits physically and mentally 🔥

Delivered in small groups (5 GK max per session), these sessions are designed to ensure maximum coaching detail and quality reps 📈

📍 Dates & Times:
• 12 & 13 Year Olds → Sept 30 | 8–9 AM | 2HFD
• 14 & 15 Year Olds → Sept 30 | 9–10 AM | 2HFD
• 16–20 Year Olds → Oct 1 | 10–12 PM | Arena

GK SPECIFIC TESTING 📈

Once again our highly popular goalkeeper testing session is back! 🧤🔥

Placed in the upcoming school holidays, this session will run just like before and is a fantastic opportunity to measure progress, track improvements, and set new targets.

For those joining us for the first time, this testing battery will give you a clear snapshot of your current athletic ability. It highlights strengths and pinpoints areas for growth across the key physical components required of every goalkeeper.

Open to all WA goalkeepers aged 13+, this highly popular session is not to be missed!

Very few individuals hard work and commitment to training this 2025 season will match up to this man. Liam has been extremely committed to refining his craft, aiming to better himself in all areas of the game.

With optimistic and achievable goals set, Liam is leaving no stone unturned in his pursuit of elevating his performances to the highest level possible. He has already increased his understanding in many technical areas so far, and he is showing no signs of stopping.

Having trained alongside us for several years, Emme has become a well established part of the 2Hfd goalkeeping community.

A keeper with super technique, Emme has become know for her consistent display of extremely clean handling and footwork, always training to the highest intensity and standard.

After a big off season working on explosive lateral power, our recent sessions have been focusing on transferring athletic gains into making high diving saves ✈️

With such strong mentality and training ethic, Emme certainly has a bright future ahead of her in the game. 🌟
