We’re working on a new map for the Gardens, with a little inspiration from 1974.

This original hand-drawn plan is the work of Theo Puik, whose talents extended beyond landscape gardening to art.

More than 50 years later, his drawings are helping shape our new map. We’re combining detailed pencil-style illustrations with touches of colour, showing the Gardens as they are today while keeping a connection to Theo’s original work.

There are still a few finishing touches to come, but we thought you’d enjoy seeing the inspiration behind it 💚

Christmas is one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year at Wanneroo Botanic Gardens, and we’re currently looking for some extra casual Team members to join us for the season.

If you’re friendly, reliable, enjoy working with people and don’t mind a little Mini Golf, ice cream and Christmas music along the way, we’d love to hear from you 😄

A little change of pace from our usual Gardens, Mini Golf, Glow Golf and wedding content... but how cute is this caravan on the Top Lawn at Leapfrogs?

This little pop-up bar is getting geared up for The Magic of Christmas, and a huge well done to the Team at Wanneroo Botanic Gardens for bringing it all together.

The caravan itself was picked up secondhand from the owner’s friend Stuart, which has naturally created a slight naming dilemma...

The Van? Stu’s Bar? Only time will tell 😂

Either way, it’s looking like a pretty great spot to settle in for an afternoon drink before or after a round of Mini Golf. A glass of rosé, a pint of l***r... or a scoop of ice cream if you’re not quite old enough for the first two 🍦

It’s the last week of the school holidays, and don’t forget we’re open today and tomorrow as well as our usual Wednesday to Sunday opening hours.

Last week of Term 3... school holidays, here we come 🌿⛳️

We’re open 7 days a week and the weather is looking absolutely perfect for a round of putt putt, some quality family time and, heck, maybe even a fresh scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone 🍦

Fun fact, you can choose a traditional waffle cone, or go chocolate or strawberry if your heart desires... or if your child is simply won over by the vibrant colours 😂
