I want to keep moving well, stay confident, support my mental health and be able to keep up with all the things I love — family, work, adventures and life in general.
We can’t stop aging… but we can absolutely get stronger as we age 🤍

Back to work after 2 weeks off… and feeling refreshed 🙌
Rest is just as important as movement — our bodies need both, especially as we get older.
Now it’s time to get moving again 💪✨
Id be lying if i said I wasn’t nervous for my first day back at work 😉, I’m sure ill be feeling every muscle tomorrow 😢
But when your surrounded by awesome workmates it makes it all the more fun!

New gym this week =
New equipment… it can feel a little intimidating at first 😅, for those of you that dont know, this is the new fit out at the Mandurah Aquatic Rec Centre.
But stay positive, be curious, and give yourself time to practise the machines. Every new setup is just a chance to learn something new and build confidence.
Start simple, ask questions, have a play, and remember — everyone was new once.
Growth happens when we step outside the familiar 💪

When you get to spend your bday dressing up with friends & working out together 🏋️♂️
Ive been consciously putting in more of an effort recently, to train with friends in the gym!!
Dont get me wrong, i love a solo gym pump just as much as the next person! But with one of my big focuses in 2026 being Self Care, Im trying to be more intentional with surrounding myself with good vibes 🤘😎
Hands up who loves training with their friends 🙌
