Hi everyone ❤️
For those who don’t know me (or for a little re-intro), I’m Bec, and I am a qualified personal trainer.
I work mainly with busy parents and beginners, offering outdoor sessions that focus on feeling strong and confident without the overwhelm.
I’ll be moving to Golden Bay soon and will be running outdoor group and individual PT sessions near the beach on Tuesdays and Fridays.

It's been a while!! This PT has been busy with mum life! How is my son already 2 😯😬
I think I am in the groove of working mum life sooooo I am ready to take on a couple more clients. Spots are limited as I already have my regulars 💪 but if you have been thinking about getting into training this year send me a message and we will go from there!
I have a full personal training studio at my house in Kenwick 💪 you will get cavalier cuddles (or not if you don't want the doggo around 🤣) occasionally an assistant PT Mr Mally and because I work from home you are welcome to bring your kiddos if needed!

The female body is a crazy thing..
To be honest I never thought I would get back anywhere near my pre pregnancy body to the point I even threw all my pre pregnancy clothes away.... (regret 🤣)
As much as people think I 'bounced back' or am 'lucky' I know the hard work I put in. The tracking I have done for the last 8 months, the walks I did everyday, the workouts I did even if I could only get through half because of my little needy gremlin... its the stuff you do consistently that all adds up. I suppose one thing I had on my side was a strong foundation I had built from the many years before hand that I also put in the work 💪
The accountabilty and guidance of .coaching was amazing as post partum was definitely new territory for me.
As brutal as this before photo was to take at the time I am so glad I have visual proof of how far I have come
I am currently on 3690 calories and ready to build my b***y back 🙌🙌

Life update almost 12 months post partum 🤪
Before pregnancy I sat around 70kg pretty consistently
After having Mally 86kg December last year I am now sitting between 66/67kg I did some of this myself and then with the help and accountability of from .coaching between May and now I have gone down another 15kgs.
After all the craziness of being a new mum I feel like now I am finally getting back to 'myself' although still very different to the me before becoming a mother
I have now finished up coaching - we did what we had to do and I feel in a place where I can go back to being accountable to myself 👏
I have now started on the app for my workouts so I can just get in the gym and get it done without thinking too much and the app for my tracking as this has a checkin feature to keep me more accountable then my fitness pal!
My goal now is to build muscle and get strong again. I am on over 3000 calories (dem gainz) and trying to train 4-5 times a week but bubs doesnt always allow
You don't have to be perfect but you do have to be consistent 💪

3.5 months PP vs 10.5 months PP
My husband sent me this photo on the left the other day 🙈 from March this year
Left I was 82kg Right 66kg
Its crazy to see what the female body can do 🫨
This was done training 2-4 times a week (depending on Mally) 8000-12000 steps a day, tracking macros and biggest of all... consistency
16kg difference some done by myself some done with from .coaching

Mid Feb - 8 weeks post partum to now..
82kg - 75kg my weight pre pregnancy sat around 70kg
I got a coach mid April because I really needed accountability - even coaches need coaches!
Tracking macros, training 3 times a week and averaging 10000 steps a day.
Some people may think I just 'bounced back' or its because I am lucky.. My partner is Fifo so for 2 weeks at a time I am a 'single mum' tracking or even cooking with a baby 🫠🫠🫠 and trying to fit workouts in... yes its hard but I do it because looking and feeling healthy is a massive priority for me!
I am so excited to see what my body can do as I start to be able to increase my weights in the gym again 😍 I will keep you posted 💪
