Taking Blake through a proper leg day 👊🏽

Most people think they train a lot harder than they actually do

I watch training clips from Blake every single week, I review not only the training techniques but the intensity aswell

Which since he started has legit gotten 100 times better, from not even know how to do most exercises to becoming an advanced gym goer

But even still, after training together he said he has never trained that hard in his life

Even when he though he was training together failure, he has now reached a new level of training intensity

This is what I fkn love, because everyone thinks they train hard until they actually train hard

Props to my boy down 30kgs of fat since starting with me and 50kgs down overall

And man trains like a fkn beast

Because we don’t focus on cardio to lose weight around here

We focus on training like a dawg

Panckaes were honestly a 10/10 and the service was even better
