Another fantastic day for the Black & Greens as our Amateur sides made it a perfect Sunday at Princess Road Reserve! 👏🔥

Our First Team produced another dominant display, defeating Northern City 8-0 to remain on top of the Division Four table. The boys continue to impress as they build momentum towards the business end of the season.

Our Reserves also picked up an important three points, recording a hard-fought 1-0 victory to complete a clean sweep for Balga.

A hard-fought afternoon at Endeavour Homes Stadium saw the Black & Greens take on league leaders Rockingham City with our First Team earning a valuable point in a scoreless draw.

Balga created the better chances throughout the match and were unlucky not to come away with all three points, but the boys produced another disciplined defensive performance to keep a clean sheet against one of the competition’s strongest sides.

Our Under 23s fought hard but went down 3-1, while the Under 18s picked up a deserved point with a 1-1 draw.

Our State League sides hit the road today for a huge challenge as we travel to Endeavour Homes Stadium (Larkhill Sportsplex) to take on the league leaders, Rockingham City.

It promises to be a real arm wrestle, with the hosts having lost just once on their home ground all season. The Black & Greens will need to be at their very best, but the boys are ready to embrace the challenge and test themselves against the competition’s pacesetters.

Balga Soccer Club is delighted to welcome Colombian Wesly Vanegas Santamaria 🇨🇴 to the Black & Greens! 👏

A strong and versatile defender/central midfielder, Wesly joins Balga after previously playing for Kalamunda City in 2024. He also represented Fremantle at the 2024 National Futsal Championships on the Gold Coast,

In 2025, Wesly continued his football journey with Cambio Cumbre, and we are excited to have him join our squad for the remainder of the season.

Wesly is expected to make his Balga debut this Saturday when we take on league leaders Rockingham City.

The Black & Greens continue to lead the way at the top of the table, but every game is a challenge as we head into the business end of the season. With plenty still to play for, both our First Team and Reserves will be looking to continue their outstanding form.

The First Team produced a superb performance to defeat an in-form Sutherlands Park side 3-1, ensuring the Black & Greens remain at the top of the table.

The Reserves also enjoyed a strong outing, recording a well-deserved 4-2 victory to complete a perfect day for Balga.
