Smiling can influence our emotions to make us feel happy, study finds You hate to hear it, but “turn your frown upside down” may be more than just an annoying platitude.

A huge “THANK YOU” to all the gymnasts, parents, and staff at the Swan View location. Your lovely gifts will be treasured, and your beautiful farewells will always be in my heart.

Over 40 years Jollettes Gymnastics have welcomed 1000’s of families into the Brown Park venue. We have conducted competitions, displays, elite gymnastics training, coaches’ workshops, overnight camps and even hosted the National Danish Performance Team within the venue.

Debbie Gough and her family have been an integral part of the gymnastics program in Swan View and to her I am grateful. Her dedication and devotion to Jollettes and gymnastics as a sport have been amazing. She has inspired many children to develop to their highest potential and produced some outstanding coaches.

Sadly, the time came to say goodbye and depart the area, so from now on the weekly shouts of “Keep Smiling” will no longer be heard through the neighbourhood. Please treasure those words and keep Jollettes somewhere in your heart.

While taking my 90 year old mum 'Nelleck Jol' to her doctors visit and noticed this sign, so true, she never stops smiling, probably how she got to 90, such a positive attitude :) Keep smiling
