🔴🟡 CAVERSHAM SUNS AGM – WE NEED YOU! 🟡🔴

Our club relies on volunteers to keep things running, and without a committee, we simply cannot operate. We need your support to make the 2027 season a success! ❤️💛

📣 ALL POSITIONS ARE OPEN!

Whether you’re keen to take on a committee role or help out behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you. Positions include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Auskick Coordinator, Coaches Coordinator, Canteen Manager, Uniform Coordinator, General Committee and our Social Sub-Group.

We also require two representatives from every team to attend the AGM to help ensure our club is ready for the upcoming season.

Meetings are held once a month, usually on a Wednesday evening, and run for approximately one hour.

Every volunteer makes a difference, and we can’t do it without you! If you love our club and want to see it continue to thrive, please consider getting involved.

🏉 Some exciting news for three of our Year 9 Suns! ❤️💛

Congratulations to Joel Tasker, Tyler Player-Yeates and Troy Kingma, who have been selected for the East Perth Development Squad!

It’s great to see these boys getting the opportunity to take their footy further and represent the Suns along the way.

Enjoy the experience, boys! We can’t wait to see where it takes you!

Swans Holiday Clinic – October 2026
Footy Skills, Teamwork & Fun!

Designed for children (boys and girls) aged 8–12 years, the clinic will focus on developing football skills, game play and decision-making, while also encouraging teamwork, communication, and confidence.

Participants will take part in a range of games, challenges, and activities, providing a fun and engaging environment for kids to develop their skills, make new friends and enjoy their football.

Clinic Details:

Thursday, 1 October 2026

10.00am – 1.00pm

Steel Blue Oval, Old Perth Road, Bassendean

$50 per participant

Lunch and snacks included
Ages 8–12 years

Whether they are already passionate about footy or simply looking to give it a go, the clinic is a great opportunity to build confidence, learn new skills and have some fun during the school holidays.

What a fantastic way to finish an incredible year for the Caversham Suns with our 2026 Awards Presentation!

A huge thank you to every player, coach, manager, volunteer, committee member, sponsor, family and supporter who has contributed to our club this year. It takes an incredible team behind the scenes to make a season happen, and we are so grateful for every person who has given their time, energy and passion to the Suns.

Congratulations to all of our 2026 award winners, both players and volunteers. Your commitment and contribution throughout the season deserves to be celebrated. 👏

A huge congratulations to our Year 11/12 players Declan Harris and Ethan Scharenguivel on their selection in the 2026 Metro Central Team of the Year.

This outstanding achievement is recognition of their hard work, commitment, and performances throughout the season. Both players have been invited to represent Metro Central at the 2026 RDC Team of the Year Showcase, where they will compete alongside the region’s best young footballers.

The entire Caversham Suns family is incredibly proud of your achievements and we look forward to watching your football journey continue to grow.
