From avoiding sports at school to accomplishing 12KMS.
Member Kirsten has completed a number of race events since joining MYP in 2024.
Not only has she accomplished epic goals consistently strength training at MYP, she’s expressed her fitness capabilities on the tarmac, and continues to surprise herself!
And on the back end of immediately completing this event, she’s already set her next goal. Registered. Locked in.
We’re so excited for her and ready to support her towards achieving another milestone.

Here’s something I don’t think gets said enough - AI is actually pretty good at programming.
For someone who needs a starting point, it’s not bad.
But coaching isn’t programming. Coaching is watching someone move and knowing something’s off before they do. It’s adjusting mid-session because the energy isn’t right. It’s the moment someone hits a PB they didn’t think was possible and you were there for it.
That’s what we do at MYP. And no matter what AI throws at us, that will always matter.

To the 40 incredible MYP MEMBERS who took on the HBF Run for a Reason alongside our entire MYP TEAM and Coaches, what a moment this was.
For many, this was their very first run.
A challenge they never imagined they’d commit to just a few months ago, now turned into a milestone they’ll never forget.
Others crossed the line with personal bests, proving just how much consistency, discipline, and strength training can transform performance.
And then there were those who showed up purely for the energy, the support, and the community spirit, cheering every single person home. That’s MYP!
It is undeniable the connection within this community.
The tears of joy.
The hugs.
The laughter.
The screaming of names towards the finish line.
The celebrations as every member crossed over.
It was impossible not to feel the power of people coming together to lift each other higher.
When you’re surrounded by a community that raises the standard, believes in your potential, and genuinely wants to see you win, in strength, fitness, and life, incredible things happen.
