Experienced Horticulturist/Gardener required for Immediate start. Full time position within our maintenance division. Providing Landscape maintenance care to High end Residential and Commercial sites located in the Western Suburbs of Perth.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Lawn and Garden maintenance
- Reticulation maintenance
- Pest and disease control

Skills and experience
- Current Wa Drivers licence (Manual)
- Experienced in similar roles (min 2 years)
- White Card
- Police Clearance
- Minimum of Certificate III in Horticulture
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to take instructions from other team Members/Supervisor
- Experience in Landscape maintenance power tools and Lawn mowing Equipment
- Show great initiative and attention to detail

Landscape West is a Perth based company specialising in residential/commercial landscaping. We design, construct and maintain gardens for clients spread all over Perth.

About the role:
Experienced Horticulturist/leading hand required to run the maintenance division. You will be required to have a broad knowledge of all aspects of Garden/turf/reticulation maintenance. The duties will include, but not be limited to:

-Maintenance: Lawn mowing, Pruning and other Gardening services.
-Be responsible for a 12 month Garden Plan which will be presented to clients (Include specific times for fertilising, w**d spraying, Pest/disease control ect)
-Irrigation system maintenance and repair.
-Manage projects and assist with scheduling
-Suggesting and providing clients with options to renew and upgrade gardens

The position is 4 days a week for the first month. This will then move into a full time role once the spring/summer season starts. Hours and days are flexible to suit your needs.

Essential Experience/Qualifications/skills
-Horticulturist qualification (essential)
-Experience in a similar roll (min. 3 years)
-High skill level with all gardening tools and equipment.
-The ability to work independently, but also be able to lead a small team
-Great work ethic and costumer service.
-Current manual drivers license
-Skid steer ticket (optional)

Salary/Pay: This will range depending on the level of Qualification and experience
