Shep Happens! - and we couldn't be happier.

Kalamunda Cricket Club is thrilled to announce our newest recruit — Damon Sheppard.

A proven leader and a classy top‑order bat, Shep brings serious pedigree to the KCC lineup — 9000 runs, 10 centuries, and 40+ fifties to his name.

President Kent Millington shared his excitement:

“Having discussed this possibility with Damon for a few years we have got our man! Shep will solidify our already strong top order & will help us achieve the success we are ready for. I am super excited for the year ahead and believe this is a fantastic result for KCC.”

When asked about joining, Shep said:

“I look forward to meeting everyone at the club and am excited for the challenge. Bring on the upcoming season!”

It is with great sadness that Kalamunda Cricket Club acknowledges the passing of past player Mick Regan.

Mick hasn’t been around the club for a few years now, but for those who remembered playing cricket with Mick back in the day, they would remember him as one of the club’s larger than life larrikin’s.

There is a function to celebrate Mick’s life on Thursday 9th July (tomorrow) at the Woodbridge from 3:00pm for those who would like to attend.

In a lovely gesture, Mick’s family have let us know that they will be donating the framed Steve Waugh memorabilia that Mick purchased from a KCC function many years ago, back to the club for a future fund raiser.

On behalf of everyone at Kalamunda Cricket Club, we extend our deepest condolences to Mick’s family & friends. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time 💙
