BUSINESS of the AGM
The business to be conducted at the Annual General Meeting includes:
1) Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
2) President’s Report
3) Treasurer’s Report and presentation of financial statements
4) Election of Committee Members for the upcoming season
5) General business
6) Consideration of a Special Resolution relating to the adoption of a revised Club Constitution

COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
Nominations are now open for Committee positions for the upcoming season.
- Committee positions include:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Registrar
- Subcommittee Chairs (Men's, Ladies & Juniors)
- Sponsorship & Partnerships Coordinator
- Communications / Social Media Coordinator
- Subcommittee Member EOI

Members wishing to nominate for a Committee position are encouraged to complete the online nomination form prior to the AGM.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION NOTICE
Members are advised that the following Special Resolution will be considered at the AGM:

Special Resolution – Adoption of Revised Constitution
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Special Resolution:

"That Kalamunda Cricket Club Inc adopts the revised Constitution attached to this Notice, replacing the existing Constitution of the Club, with effect upon registration by the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS)."

The proposed revised Constitution seeks to modernise and strengthen the Club’s governance framework and better align the Club’s rules with current operational practices and legislative requirements.

As this is a Special Resolution, at least seventy-five percent (75%) of Members present and eligible to vote at the meeting must vote in favour of the resolution for it to pass.

These awards are off the back of the the recent WACA State Awards Night, where we were honoured with the awards for Best Community Engagement and the prestigious title of Community Club of the Year.

And to all the Dads who were stumped on what to get and had to run out for a last-minute gift… your life might feel over, but there’s always next innings. 😉
On a serious note though… thinking of those who are missing their mums today 💓

And just like that the 25/26 cricket season is officially in the books! After a cracking End of Season Awards Night at the Pickering Brook Sporting Club, we’re signing off with full hearts and plenty to celebrate.

A massive thank you to our committee and helpers for putting together a fantastic evening.

We not only got to acknowledge some incredible individual performances, but we also celebrated our premiership heroes — B Grade and One Day 2. What a season from those sides, delivering when it mattered and bringing home the chocolates.

To everyone in the KCC Community— players, volunteers, supporters, life members and families — thank you. Enjoy the off‑season, rest up, and we’ll see you back next season ready to go again.

Some photos from the Juniors wind up last month (better late than never! 🤪). It was a fantastic night celebrating our young players.
Congrats to Dexter for winning Junior Club person of the season closely followed by the runner up Hamish. Outstanding by those two young guys.
A huge thanks to Nat for organising and for being such a fantastic Junior Coordinator this year. The season would not have run as smooth without her and so we have already signed her up for next year 💪🏻
Also thank you to all our coaches, team managers and parents - our team of volunteers are incredible and we couldn’t do it without you!

Today is World Autism Awareness Day 💙 At KCC cricket is for everyone and we’re committed to creating a space where players of all abilities feel welcome, supported and valued. As an Autism endorsed club we see firsthand how sport can build confidence, connection and belonging.

Let’s continue to learn, support and celebrate the unique strengths of every individual both on and off the field.

Our Grand Final teams are in! Now we just need Cyclone Narelle to be kind to us.

As we approach the final week of the season, with two grand finals at play and fingers firmly crossed for friendly weather, we’re also excited to invite all players — male and female — along with our valued club members to our End of Season Awards Night.

HUGE night for our club 🏆🏆

We’re incredibly proud to be named Senior Metropolitan Club of the Year at the Kookaburra WA Community Cricket Awards. A massive thank you to our players, volunteers, sponsors and supporters - this is such a great team achievement. 💙

Not only that - the crew won us the Community Partnership of the Year award - a much deserved recognition for all of their amazing work!

Aaaand it get’s better... we’ve now been nominated for both of these categories in the National Community Cricket Awards too!!
