Golden potential. A productive day with some canvas prep and finishing off another painting 🥰

Finished punching out this pincushion today. This is a collaborative piece, the plant is growing my mums garden in Hahndorf South Australia and she photographed it and sent it to me ‘to paint it!’ Over here in Perth Western Australia 🥰

The flourishing is complete! ‘The fan flowers’ purple scaevola from my garden.

Another day another dollar 🤭 Finished this silver eucalyptus dollar gum painting today. Such a fun process, so happy with the outcome. Freshness for your feed 😍.

This week I played around with Grevillea flowers from my garden. I also had a painting friend join me for the morning which was so nice! Enjoying getting more familiar with this technique.

And there we go! Had fun playing with this technique and happy with the outcome so that is 2 wins.

It’s been a little while since posting on here, but I’ve been busy creating in that time. Made another baby and tinkering away at some author/illustration ideas and paintings. This year I’m carving out some time to be more consistent with my creating and here is a snippet from today. Enjoy!

I finally got round to having a go at painting some monstera for my walls. Was fun and I’m happy with the result. Looking forward to doing some more
