Always make yourself a priority π
12 months apart - a few ups and downs and a lot of hard work.
101kg - 79.8kg (never thought I would ever post my weight, especially being in triple digits, but got to own it)
Have come a long way, have learnt a lot about eating and self control. Still a little way to go but Iβve got this!

Working towards my goals- have set the goals, made a plan, and taking action. 4 days worth of food made π

A habit is a behavior that is repeated regularly, and is learn. Habits are developed through repetition.

Monday Week 4 - my goal this week is to get my 3 workouts in this week, maybe 4.
The past two weeks Iβve only managed to get in two so have decided to start my workouts Monday instead of Tuesday π

Today was hard to get back into it, after missing my last training session last week as I was not feeling very well.
After some well needed rest and time out we are back into it again this week π always listen to the body π

Week 2 - Day 1 β
Was hard to get motivated today work up with the worst lower back pain π
Still managed to get a workout in with some foam rolling to finish off π₯°

Christmas is done, new year is coming fast, time to set some goals for the new year, they are -
1. Loose 10kg by the first week in dec 2023
2. Make time each day to get in some exercise for myself even if it is just a walk on the treadmill or outside
3. Eat healthier bring more greens and fruit into my diet and not skip meals
Today is day 1 and this is my lunch. Had a smoothie for breakfast, as breakfast is my crazy time of the day.
