This evening Master Andrew Roberts of Magkuno Diamondback Eskrima visited the Class of Sifu Alan Bannister and Sifu Oscar Barrett at Aus Wing Chun Academy.

Andrew taught his concepts of movement, relaxation, strike positioning, breathing, and even shared a few laughs with the students.

No Egos Martial Arts Seminars are all about the open sharing of information, concepts and ideals of cross training with like-minded people in an ego free, safe training environment.

Alex Kostic returns to Perth for a two day seminar, I will be attending. I hope to see you all there!
