Tonight the Lions take on Floreat Athena in their Round 20 clash at E&D Litis Stadium.

Last weeks poor performance against Perth Hills ended their 5 week unbeaten run, so the boys will be keen to get back to winning ways, to give themselves a bit of breathing space in the relegation battle to stay in Division Two. Currently Stirling sit two points clear of the drop zone with three games remaining, so a result tonight will go a long way in ensuring their survival

The Lions have come away with a huge result at Edinburgh Oval, beating Curtin University 4-0.

The result now moves the Lions out of the relegation zone for the first time since early on in the season, with Curtin now dropping into the bottom two.

After back to back victories for the first time all season, the Lions lads now have the opportunity to jump out of the relegation zone if they can manage to defeat 10th placed Curtin Uni today at Edinburgh Oval. As you can see from the live table below, todays fixture is a massive piece of the puzzle in this seasons relegation battle. Come on you Lions !

LIONS POST BACK TO BACK VICTORIES

The boys have put together two of their better performances of the year over the past fortnight, defeating Westnam United 5-1 at Macedonia Park this afternoon. A great performance and an even better result from the boys today in what has been a difficult start to the season
