Well done to these legends competing on the weekend πŸ’š and these lovely words from coach Caley πŸ’š
It takes courage to step out of your comfort zone and into not only the unknown, but into what you know you cant yet do. To know you may not be #1,2 or 3 and being ok with that to make space for personal growth, takes a confidence in knowing yourself. Not allowing ego or fear to stop you from what could be, is one of my favourite characteristics of a person.

These 6 yesterday.
- Never practice the movements regularly together
- Weren’t as efficient as others
at some movements in Intermediate
- Had no clue of workouts
- Had no clue if they would get no reps on something they couldn’t do, in front of a crowd.
- Had no clue of the standard of others athletes
- Some hadn’t even competed
- Felt nervous

These 6 today.
- Faced nervousness and learned to deal with it under pressure.
- Stood up in front of others not knowing if they could do a rep until they started.
- All did double unders with a drag rope. (Hard)
- Lifted and matched some RX weights and movements
- Listened under pressure
- Controlled adrenaline
- Were supportive even though against each other
- Grew significantly
- Proved the fear of failure , did exactly the opposite. They faced it, and killed it.

I am so impressed guys. Was an absolute pleasure seeing you take what you had into a test.
NIC. - Im still wondering if I was seeing those Dubs for real hahaha. So good.
