After a tough result last weekend, the boys are back to work. Rain, cold, and no excuses.

Every session is another chance to improve, build combinations, and come back stronger. The focus doesn’t change, and neither does the standard.

We’ll enjoy the bye, recover, and get ready to respond.

From the photo booth to the dance floor, it was fantastic to see so many people come together to celebrate another successful Willagee Bears Ladies’ Day.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event such a success. Thank you to our volunteers, sponsors and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make the day possible.

Weekend Wrap-Up | Indigenous Round ❤️🖤💛

A tough weekend on the scoreboard, but one that was about so much more than the results.

Our club came together to celebrate NAIDOC Week, honour Indigenous culture, proudly wear our 2026 Indigenous jersey, and showcase what the Willagee Bears are all about.

A huge thank you to everyone who came down and made Ladies Day such a fantastic success. The atmosphere around the club was outstanding, and it was great to see so many people enjoying the day together.

Finally, thank you to every player, coach, volunteer, sponsor and supporter who made Indigenous Round such a special occasion. From the footy to the MND jersey presentations and the celebrations off the field, it was a day that highlighted the strength of our Bears community.

We win together. We learn together. We move forward together.

🖤 More than just a jersey presentation. It was a community coming together.

Some of the best moments from the day weren’t on the field—they were in the smiles, the conversations, the presentations, and the people who came together to support a cause bigger than rugby league.

From families and sponsors to players presenting their match-worn jerseys, it was a special afternoon that showcased what the Willagee Bears are all about.

Together, our MND Jersey Auction raised $6,000, with $3,000 donated to MND WA and $3,000 reinvested into the Willagee Bears Rugby League Club.

A massive thank you to everyone who bid, donated, attended, and helped make the day such a success. It’s support like this that strengthens our club and allows us to give back to the wider community.
