LIFE IS A LOT SOMETIMES, ISN’T IT? 😂❤️

Bills. Work. Kids. An overflowing washing basket and someone asking what’s for dinner when you’ve barely survived bloody breakfast 🙈

And somewhere in all of that… there’s YOU.

Your health. Your head. Your need to have a laugh and feel like yourself again.

Because HEALTH IS WEALTH, no matter who you are. You could have millions in the bank or be counting down to payday. We all need looking after. ❤️

That’s the beauty of group fitness.

Someone notices when you’re missing.
Someone learns your name.
Someone cheers you through that last round when you’re absolutely convinced you’ve got nothing left.

You get movement, encouragement, accountability and a bunch of people who eventually become the reason you turn up.

🥊 DARCIE BUTTLE IS THE 63KG QUEEN OF THE RING 2026! 👑🏆

What a fight by Darcie in fight two! Another big win for Team Phoenix! 🔥

Darcie came out well against her opponent from Kick-Ass. Her opponent started strongly, pushing forward with multiple punches and putting Darcie under pressure. Darcie handled it well, landed the cleaner shots and continued to apply pressure.

The second and third rounds saw Darcie maintain that pressure and in the third round she secured a standing eight count to help seal the win!

🏆 DARCIE BUTTLE — 63KG QUEEN OF THE RING CHAMPION! 👑

Darcie was absolutely buzzing after the fight and what a fantastic start to her boxing career! This is just the beginning as she continues working towards her dream of representing Australia at the Olympic Games! 🇦🇺🥊

A massive thank you to everyone from the Phoenix family who came out to support Darcie. This win is the result of everyone's efforts, parents, fighters, coaches and the whole team. Everyone plays their part behind the scenes and that's what makes a team successful.

We may have another fight tomorrow but we're waiting to hear confirmation. We'll keep everyone updated!

👑 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE QUEEN OF OUR RING… AND THE CASTLE AT HOME! 🥊🧡

Today we’re celebrating Sarah — our social butterfly, community champion and the woman who can turn “I’ve had an idea…” into another bloody job for Shane. 😂

The driver.
The behind-the-scenes organiser.
The ideas person.
The loudest cheerleader.
The glue that holds our family together.

If you’ve received a Phoenix email, laughed at one of our posts or been welcomed like an old mate before you’ve even put your gloves on… chances are Sarah had something to do with it. 😂🧡

But behind the big personality is an even bigger heart.

She wants our young people to believe in themselves. Our girls and women to feel strong, welcome and bloody brilliant. And everyone who walks through our doors to find their people and leave feeling better.

That’s what drives her. That, and approximately 47 ideas before breakfast. 🤣

Between helping build Phoenix, working, raising a family and keeping the castle running, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. Today, we want her to know we see it — and we love her for it.
